"We cannot say thank you enough [to the volunteers]! You all worked so hard Saturday. It was cool to come together and doing something so meaningful. I know that we are so touched! It means a lot to us that you were willing to sacrifice your time, energy, money, etc. to help bring our kids home. Barbara was glowing and was out on her porch watering her flowers before we left. I know that she was deeply touched. She wanted everyone to know how much she appreciates it and how special everything was to her. Thanks so much and God bless!!” -Chad and Stephanie

A note from Sharon:

"Dearest friends, I am overwhelmed with love and gratitude for all the prayers ,support and hard work that was given to me this past week and weekend! To see God work through so many people and to feel the love that came from each and every one of them was turely a beautiful thing!

The list was long and the task were hard and I never expected that we would be able to achieve everything that was done, but it was amazing to see how God can bring so many wonderful people together to accomplished so many amazing things. Thank you Todd and Tonya and to the 36 workers there last weekend, and for those that have been there in thoughts and prayers. For the Lord has used you to bring FRESH HOPE to my life. I love you! -Sharon"

“Friends, God works in amazing ways and we are filled with joy and gratitude. It was a incredible day with family and friends in a labor of love through your hands, time, resources, and generous hearts. Each person that came out put faith to their feet to help a widow and a orphan in their distress. God's word says faith in action is love. Love gives with no strings attached. We could not have done this with out your support.” - Moorhead Family

Ms. Judy, the widow being served, cried tears of joy as she walked her property and said, "I now can see the sunshine in my yard now, I have a place to come outside and relax, sit and eat. I have flowers too!!” Her daughter was so moved to see that children had come to help clean up her mother's yard. She cried as we hugged good bye saying, “You just do not know all we have been through the past 2 years.”

“Ron used to just take care of things. Now, I have no one to help me. Many people say they will come help, but often they get busy and cannot.”
— Denise Hill (Widow helped by Both Hands)
