Meet our Speakers
Lifesong’s Speaker Team frequently serves as guest speakers for adoption and orphan care events.
Serving as founder and president of Lifesong for Orphans since its beginning in 2002, I am passionate about bringing joy and purpose to orphans. With my business background, I have enjoyed helping in the development of sustainable business opportunities for many of our orphan care initiatives.
Prior to Lifesong’s inception, I made a simple vow to further God’s kingdom while I was in the midst of my struggling business. God used this, with many divine encounters, to begin what is now Lifesong for Orphans. Learn more about the Lifesong Journey>>
I’ve been married to Marla since 1977 and we are blessed to be the grandparents to 13 beautiful grandchildren (7 by adoption).
Topics: Sustainable Business and Stewardship in Business
Andy Lehman – Vice President
I have been with Lifesong for Orphans since it’s inception in 2002, serving as Vice President and orphan advocate, developing partnerships, growing church relationships, launching new initiatives, speaking & global advocacy. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Christian Alliance for Orphans & the Orphan Sunday campaign, have been a guest on numerous Christian radio programs and have authored articles for the Focus on the Family and elsewhere.
Prior to my role at Lifesong, I served in Human Resources at State Farm Insurance. As a couple, my wife and I, also served as house-parents at Gateway Woods, a Christian children’s home for at risk youth. My lovely wife, Jill, and I are adoptive parents and have 4 children (two through adoption) – Travor, Haley, and Caleb, and Hope.
Rich Metcalfe – Program Director
Since late 2010, I have served as Program Director for Lifesong for Orphans. I’ve been married to my beautiful wife Becky for more than 20 years and have 6 amazing children. Prior to joining the Lifesong team, our family served as a missionaries in England for 11 years.
I am thankful for the opportunity to connect with churches and individuals with the Father’s heart for the orphan and the need around the world. There is so much to be done, and the Lord has chosen the Church to be His vessel in meeting the need.
Kory Kaeb – Vice President, Operations
Serving at Lifesong as Vice President of Operations, I’m focused on stewardship, excellence, and best practice as we care for families and children. Prior to serving on staff, I worked as a physical therapist and clinical director with children with disabilities at Easter Seals. I have been involved with the ministry of Lifesong for many years as an Orphan Advocate.
My wife, Megan, and I are the parents of six children (two through adoption) — Mya, Simon, Jonah, Sean, Suhn and Zak.
I would describe myself as a dreamer and a coffee lover! I am married to Clint and together we have six kids (4 through adoption). After having 2 daughters and adopting our son from Guatemala, we pursued a domestic adoption where God took us on a journey we didn’t expect. Through a difficult season of waiting, our eyes were opened to the foster care community. We became foster parents to three siblings who we eventually adopted and in April of 2011, with Clint’s support and encouragement, I founded The Forgotten Initiative. Life is a great adventure with Jesus and I desire simply to know Him more and share His love with those who feel forgotten.
